1971 TRIUMPH TR6 - £18,000

I acquired this TR6 in 2013 as a part finished restoration. It is a UK spec car but the PI system has been replaced by twin HS6 SU carbs. The original PI manifolds and metering unit are included. I completed the restoration by 2014 which includes new leather interior with Motolita steering wheel, a new Mohair hood, complete renovation of the braking system and extensive work carried out by Revington TR on chassis repairs and strengthening and upgrades to suspension and drive shafts, plus much more. All this is documented. Further improvements have been made since, again all documented, which includes: electronic ignition, electric cooling fan, upgrades to electrics and much more. This car is in very good condition and runs very well. The bodywork is excellent with no visible rust. Waxoyl has been used throughout including inside the chassis members. The car is tax and MoT exempt but comes with a current MoT test certificate until 22 May 2026. There is also a BMI Heritage Certificate and all numbers are matching. There are some spares including the original steering wheel.
