For sale is a partly restored MGB Roadster which has covered 42,419 miles. We purchased in 2019 and have spent £7500 on various repairs as listed below. Boot floor, outer sills, outer sill closing plates, repaired panel to centre cross member and replace jacking points, repair to intermediate sill, repair to castle section, remove and replace o/s & n/s floor pans, remove and replace o/s & n/s heel board extensions, replace front wing rear lower section, replace rear wing front lower section. Body work and parts that would benefit from being replaced / repaired are: 2 x front wings, N/S door, front valance bonnet, scuttle panel, splash guards, B-posts, rear wings, rear valance, rear wing seams, inner rear wheel arch inner section, inner rear wheel arch outer section. The mechanical work that has been completed is: Fuel tank, Fuel pump, fuel pump pipes, front discs, front pads, front callipers, flexi hoses, rear wheel cylinders, brake servo, brake master cylinder, clutch master cylinder, clutch slave cylinder, clutch hose, hand brake mounting clip, distributor, heater hoses, heater tap. Outstanding is: seat belts, electrical issue with horn / indicators and fan, oil pressure gauge, heater control cable, exhaust mountings and clamps, prop shaft rear universal joint, fuel tank to be refitted, top suspension bushes, windscreen washers, hydraulics need to be bled, windscreen wiper arms, windscreen wiper blades. Cosmetic items such as the hood, frame, seats, carpets, dashboard etc need replacing. 4 of the 5 wheels will need a refurb. It had a full service in ~2020 and the engine started, also comes with a hardtop and additional boot lid with luggage rack. Lots of receipts and MoT /service documents.
