1970 TRIUMPH STAG 3.0 MK1 - £26,500
For sale early Stag, LD20 chassis number, after 18 happy years of ownership it's time to put this lovey car up for sale. It was the first Stag ever sold and is mentioned in J Taylor’s book together with a photo. The car is in lovely condition, I am only the third owner having been looked after since it rolled out of the showroom of Mann Egerton in Norwich on the 18th July 1970. There’s a decent history file with plenty of photos going back to the first owner. It comes with a hard top and all of the early cars distinct features, which have been adhered to in the past 18 years. The car is in good order and is practical as it is beautiful. It’s never overheated and has been a dream to own. Poor health is restricting my use of this lovely car and a small piece of motoring history.
